FINANCE - Kuwait Finance House's local real estate portfolio 2 offers 6% annual return (and KFH Turkey Real Estate Fund)


The Private Financial Services Department Manager at Kuwait Finance House (KFH) Talal Al-Nesf announced that KFH's local real estate portfolio 2 achieved high returns that resulted in the distribution of 6 % annual profit.

He added that the portfolio that has a capital of KD60m began operating in July and distributes quarterly profits, such as groups of investment and commercial real estate in Kuwait; noting that such results reveal the success of KFH's policy to focus on quality assets that yield high returns. He stated that each investment project is carefully studied to achieve high returns with minimal risks.

He mentioned that KFH's real estate portfolio 1 that was established by the end of the 2nd Quarter last year with a capital of KD50m, continues to offer 6% annual distributions. The 5 year portfolio includes 70 investment and commercial real estate all over Kuwait. He stressed that the portfolios were structured to offer a diversification of revenue, in addition to a flow of premium high income real estate that are rented.

Moreover, he revealed in a press statement that KFH is in the final stages of the process of selling real estate of KFH's real estate fund in Turkey with over 12% of capital profit. The fund distributed more than 10% profit over 6 years in the form of quarterly distributions to investors, which means that the investor received more than 50% of his capital as profits during the fund's timeframe. He explained that after the selling process is completed as expected by the end of this year, every investor will have regained his capital and over 12% in profits, in addition to the profit they received during the investment process. He stressed that KFH focuses on this level of performance in most of its funds and portfolios, in order to grant its investors the highest returns in all phases of investment.

He added that KFH's real estate fund in Turkey invests in real estate close to Ataturk International Airport in premium location, which is very convenient for companies renting that real estate. He went on to underscore the fact that KFH will continue to exert sterling efforts to achieve best returns for investors through distinguished opportunities with minimal risks, which is what all investors seek. He noted that the department seeks to manage the wealth of clients to grant them high profit, in addition to adding value to the markets.
