Due to expiration of original term and subsequent nonrenewal of the credit rating agreement duly signed between our institution and “Asya Katılım Bankası A.Ş. (Bank Asya)”, there has been no means for review and risk reassessments of the Bank’s financial statements and activities for the year 2010, and hence, the rating process ongoing since 2008 has been interrupted.
Within this context, we, as JCR-ER, hereby disclose that the credit rating report and the rating grades dated June 15, 2010 along with all of their attachments and results therein were withdrawn. (source)
