bankasya.com.tr - 13.10.2011 - As per the resolution of the Board of Directors of Bank Asya dated 13.Oct.2011 - Bank Asya Board of Directors decided to establish a brokerage house with the capital of 2.500.000 TL for carrying out the capital market brokerage activities, participate with the amount of 2.496.000-TL, and gave an authority to Bank Asya Head Office for conducting necessary legal permissions. 09.09.2011 - Offered for sale by the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (SDIF), the highest bid was given by Bank Asya during the tender for the transfer of "Certificate of Authority” of Ada Menkul Degerler AS (Securities Company).
