FINANCIAL MARKETS - CEE markets wrap: mixed performance

Markets in central Europe were mixed on Wednesday, with Hungary’s main stock index falling on fears of climbing inflation, while Turkey’s market jumped thanks to stronger banks....
Turkey‘s ISE 100, however, soared 1.9 per cent to 62,483.83 on relief that banks, found guilty by an anti-trust regulator of mishandling business customer salary payments, were not fined as harshly as expected.
Meanwhile, Bank Asya jumped 9.2 per cent to TL2.86 on rumours it may be getting a foreign partner.
